The Physical Laws Framework (PLF) is NMQF's guiding scientific lens that applies six universal biological principles — Conservation of Biological Order, Energetic Efficiency, Information Transfer Fidelity, Temporal Alignment, Equilibrium Restoration, and Environmental Foundation Integrity — to understanding and dismantling health disparities.
